Italian TeleServices Representative

• Collect customer data and build profiles from survey information, databases and web research identify potential customers and generate leads
• Work on direct marketing response campaigns (warm calls)
• Identify leads from events and marketing initiatives
• customer focus on any market targeted by campaign or as determined based on assigned accounts

• general understanding of computers and software
• basic understanding of software industry
• General Knowledge of Roles of buyers within customer accounts
• In-depth Knowledge of Assigned Account
• Second language speaking (European languages)
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers in both written and verbal form
