On November 18, the representatives of the Israel Italy Chamber of Commerce, together with the Head of the Economic Office of the Embassy of Italy in Tel Aviv, Lorenzo Ortona, and a delegation of Italian companies and entrepreneurs participated the third “EU-Israel Innovation Seminar”. The event, organized by the Delegation of the European Union in Israel, took place at the Google Campus in Tel Aviv, with the aim to discuss and share experiences within the startup world, investors and incubators. In this contest, the audience could learn about several experiences, from all over Europe, in this field.
The European participants coming from the 15 EU Member States were joined by 30 of their Israeli counterparts as well as 30 representatives from EU Embassies.
Among the ideas for a common project was the establishment of a competition, this would award a prize to the best three incubator graduates nominated by the participating countries. The organizers also agreed to set up a Google forum, in order to maintain communication between the participants and to provide input to the planning of next year’s seminar
