Within the framework of the Exhibition dedicated to the tourism industry, IMTM, that took place in Tel Aviv from the 3rd to the 5th of February 2013, and In a wish to further increase the positive results, the IIC, in collaboration with Puglia Region, organized an evening at the Grape Man, the Israeli center promoting wine culture, in order to offer a network opportunity, where the main attractions of the beautiful south Italian territory were exposed, together with a buffet dinner with typical dishes of Taranto.
In this framework, the IIC had the opportunity to highlight that one of the strengths of the region is the gastronomic excellence of the typical products of Puglia, this showcase offered an ulterior opportunity to shine a light on the Italian food culture where the beauty of the territory and the excellence of its p roducts go hand by hand
