Ingredients (4 servings):
200 gr smoked chicken breast or smoked goose breast

200 gr Cream

Hot peppers (if you like)

Olive oil

100 gr Tomato sauce

120 gr Parmesan

60 gr Emmental cheese

600 gr Fettuccine

 

Preparation:

 

Pan-fry the smoked chicken breast (or smoked goose breast) with hot peppers, then add cream, and tomatoes sauce. Season with parmesan and Emmental cheese.

Cook the pasta and mix it with the sauce.
