Italian week for design and food is a celebration of tastes and perfumes that brings us the best of chefs and their secrets directly from the boot shaped country.
Within the events of this week, you have the opportunity of once in a lifetime (actually twice in a lifetime) to have an extraordinary workshop with no other then with the experienced world known chef Giancarlo Piccarreta- the popular instructor and the responsible of the international operation of the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners (ICIF) for the preservation and distribution of the glorious culinary heritage of Italy and all of its romantic and colorful (or Picturesque) regions.

In this workshop we will go in deep to the mysteries of the authentic main courses that express more than anything the secrets of classic Italian cuisine: “Strangolapreti”- pasta with butter and Grana Padano cheese from Lombardia Region.
“Gnocchi with Ricotta and Zucchini crème”, a dish from Calabria region.
“Tagliolini”- handmade eggs pasta from Piemonte region.
“Risotto with Barolo wine and Grana Padano cheese” from Piemonte region.
